Join us for a relaxing evening of sunset beach yoga in Lauderdale by the Sea, right near Fort Lauderdale!
Unwind and stretch out with a beautiful view of the sunset behind El Prado Park (on the beach behind the actual park). No matter your prior experience, all are welcome as modifications and advancements given so you can make the class your own! Enjoy a 60 minute yoga flow with breathwork, meditation, aromatherapy, affirmation card pull!
Don't forget to bring your mat/ towel (some prefer both with mat on towel), water, and a smile for this feel-good beach flow!
