About this event

Each attendee will be provided a set of bluetooth headphones to wear during the sound bath and meditation.

Attendees will need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow plus potentially any additonal layers to enjoy complete comfort the entire exprience.

A complimentary eye mask will be provided to each attendee.

You can enjoy the session reclined with your eyes closed.

About 432 Hz. Frequency:

Playing and listening to music that has been tuned to 432 Hz would fill you with sense of peace and well being as 432 Hz is the harmonic intonation of nature.
