One of several information gathering meetings for the Sunscreen committee

This is one of several information gathering meetings for the National Academies Committee on Environmental Impact of Currently Marketed Sunscreens and Potential Human Impacts of Changes in Sunscreen Usage. The purpose of these meetings is to collect information and perspectives that may be informative to their task, and will be held on a variety of topics pertinent to the committee’s task.

At this meeting, the committee will hear presentations by Scott Dyer (LeTourneau University) and Andrew Negri (Australian Institute of Marine Sciences) on risks to corals from sunscreens and other stressors.

This meeting is open to public attendance.
