Join Beyond Swim and Twigger Pilates in Coogee for a 60-minute sunrise experience that moves through stillness, strength, and community.
Hereโs how the morning unfolds:
๐ 6:30am โ Reflect
We open with a guided reflection session. We will use the start of this session to refelt on the changing seasons, this is your moment to arrive, breathe, and set an intention before the noise of the day begins.
๐ง 6:45am โ Move
A 30-minute mat Pilates session led by Hannah from @twiggerpilates, a grounding, full-body flow designed for all levels.
๐ 7:15am โ Swim
We finish in the ocean. A 15-minute group swim to close the loop and wake up every single cell in your body.
