Join us for an ecstatic-dance style hour long sunrise set with DJ Clay Papa (AKA Fairy Claire) and Katie of Align & Spiral!
No wrong moves, just playful potent dance to get your midweek morning back on track.
We will open the doors at 6:45AM for mingling, warm-up, cacao and coffee (sold at the front). Dance begins at 7AM. We may give loose guidance to inspire each individual to move their body in their own way. We will end promptly at 8AM.
This is an all inclusive space for people of all ages (16+), abilities, orientations, identities, creeds, races, experience levels, LGBTQIA+ community, and everything in between.
This is an experimental space for learning more about ourselves, our own self-expression, sharing space with others, and ultimately practicing and exploring both our own unique and shared expressions...together!
Rules
1. SHOW UP WITH CARE for ourselves and each other.
2. NO TALKING on the dance floor.
3. HAVE YOUR OWN JOURNEY. Only engage with others with their permission. No suggestive or demeaning comments. No touching others withouth explicit permission. If you see someone get emotional, allow them to have their space. Please do not console someone else unless they ask for support.
4.HAVE FUN or don't :) This is a space for you to feel and move through whatever you may be processing in life. Sometimes that's joy, other times it's grief. All emotions welcome.
