Come and join us for a cosy, intimate evening of sound healing with guided meditation and gentle breath work. The perfect treat to end the week and give yourself permission to completely relax and de-stress. The evening will include the crystal sound bowls, the chakra drum, an alchemy bell and gentle percussion. Allow the healing frequencies to wash over you and do their magic. The session will leave you feeling peaceful, re-aligned, positive and light. I look forward to holding space for you.
No experience necessary, the whole session will be guided. Yoga matts, cushions and blankets provided. Please wear comfortable clothes. Layers and warm socks also reccomended as the body temperature can fluctuate during a sound bath. Bring water too, as it is very important to stay hydrated afterwards.
Important Information: Contraindications: Please note this event is not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or very close to there due date. It is also not suitable for anyone with a pace maker/defibrillator fitted or metal plates/pins in the body; who have severe mental health issues; have epilepsy or who are intoxicated.
