We understand there’s so much going on in our lives calling out for our attention and energy. So, @Justbeeewell Spiritual Wellbeeeing Experiences and @Kalikandles join forces to curate an intimate creative "wellbeeeing" experience to help you slow down to reset from the day to day busyness of life. We invite you to reset , refresh, and reignite your creative expression with us, first, through candle pouring by @KailKandles. Pour a candle at the start of our session to burn later as you reflect on your gratitude and intentions. Candle pouring can be used as a form of relaxation and self-care. This fun and rewarding activity allows you to explore your creativity and self-expression. We'll then transition to the Just Beee Experience which includes: intention setting and journaling, mindful movement (beginner friendly yoga), and we'll finish up with a cozy sound bath meditation, as your candle sets.

The Just Beee Experience will include:A brave space is provided to JUST BEEE through:Time to be present with the divine source/creator, self, &amp; community. (Personal Practice: Grounding)Inner Reflection &amp; Journal Writing Activation (Personal Practice: Self Love &amp; Gratitude)Trauma-Informed Mindful Movement (all level yoga) (Personal Practice: Flow/Feel/Offer/Give)The gift of Sound Mediation (Personal Practice: Receive the healing benefits of the Sound Bath &amp; of the abundant blessings of the divine Source of all things created.

New to Sound Bath Meditation?A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. A sound bath is a sound healing experience that allows your body to be submerged in sacred sounds that help relax the body and induce meditation to help align your mind, body, and soul, as it activates your body’s natural healing systems. Typically, a greater sense of clarity, focus, relaxation, and peace are expressed after a sound bath. Experience a sound healing spiritual wellness session (including: Frosted crystal bowls tuned at 432hz, gong, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, &amp; rain stick.) We'll be meeting at one of Inglewood's newest, Black Woman Owned, boutique creative spaces, Deanar House of Content Los Angeles (@dhocla).Things to consider bringing: Yoga mat, beach style towel, blanket, loungewear or workout apparel (layers are recommended), socks, eye cover, journal, pen, and things that bring comfort.
