Sunday night rest is an online restorative class where yogis can calm the mind, balance the body and soothe the sprit. This relaxing yoga class uses bolsters, cushions and blankets to find resting comfort in the poses. The class begins with mediation, gentle flow and ends with restorative poses.

What should I expect ?

A classic restorative class with bolsters and blankets. We will begin with a grounding mediation and then 4-6 restorative poses. Dress comfy and bring all the props you would like or need.

What do I need for class?

You will need your mat, bolsters or cushions and a blanket. You can also have on hand an eye mask and essential oil available as well, lavender oil is the best option.
