Sunday Fire: Somatic Breathwork

This week, Derek Lively is guiding us through something special, a Somatic Breathwork session designed to help you let go of what you've been carrying and come home to yourself. Expect to leave feeling genuinely lighter, clear-headed, and more you.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have prior experience. Just come as you are.

What to Expect:
• a guided somatic breathwork journey with a motivational edge
• a safe space to release emotional and mental tension
• opportunities to reconnect with your body and inner strength
• a welcoming, low-pressure environment
• a sense of community and shared transformation
• the support of 5 reiki practitioners on hand throughout the session to hold space and assist your journey.
