About this event

Restorative Yoga allows you to release tension in your body and focus on your breath while comfortably giving your body permission to deeply relax in intentional stillness. Sink into poses (holding each for 10 minutes or more) assisted with the use of props to gently stretch and activate your parasympathetic nervous system. It is gentle on the body, and may assist with better sleep, reducing pain, and leave you with a feeling being renewed.

Think of this yoga practice as a gentle opening up and inactive stretching surrounded by deep relaxation.

Please dress comfortably, including socks and loose-fitting clothes. Tiffany will provide Reiki during your relaxing Restorative yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
