Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) is a practice of yoga that integrates 10 steps and 7 simple postures performed in a smooth, flowing sequence coordinated with the breath. This practice helps improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, enhance blood circulation, and energize both the body and mind.
Mats will be provided. However, you may bring a water bottle, your own mat, or a beach towel for the participant’s comfort and individual space.
