Join us as we come together to learn and practice Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations.

Learn this foundational 12-step sequence which provides a full-body workout, boosts your cardiovascular system and reduces stress among loads of other benefits.

If you want to get strong, lean and focused, this workshop is for you.

If you're looking for an alternative to the gym, this workshop is for you.

If you want to get fit and stay fit, this workshop is for you.

If you want to rekindle your fire, this workshop is for you.

Whether you’re new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for a while, this workshop is for you.

Practice proper alignment and the coordination of breath with movement to create a meditative, flowing routine that you can do daily to invite more peace and bliss into your life.

Surya Namaskar is great for your body, mind and soul!

Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, pen & notebook and anything else that makes you comfortable.

Please don't eat a large meal with a couple hours of the workshop. We'll be bending and stretching and you don't want to be uncomfortable.

We will have our workshop at the beautiful and peaceful Yogalution Movement Studio in Long Beach.

This workshop is offered on a sliding scale of $35-$55. Please pay what works for you.

This workshop is led by Sue Perkins, AKA Yoga Sue.

Sue is a Long Beach yoga teacher, sound healer and peace ambassador who

leads her classes with love and healing joy. She teaches from her heart and enjoys

connecting with students to help guide them toward leading their most fulfilling lives as

their most authentic selves. She teaches three classes each week at Yogalution Movement Studio and she also teaches Yoga on the Bluff every Wednesday at 11am, and she teaches in a sweet local park two days a week.
