What happens during the gathering?

Attendees will participate in a walk, jog, or run; you set the pace. We'll be setting intentions before so that we can drop into some mindfulness while we move our bodies. We'll move from Maven CREATE to Liberty Park and back then enjoy ice cream at Normal after!

Does this ticket include ice cream at Normal?

No, any sweet treats and/or ice cream after our run will be individually purchased.

What if I feel nervous attending?

That’s very normal. The evening is designed to move gently, with clear boundaries and a welcoming environment where participants can engage at their own comfort level.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear whatever feels comfortable for a walk, jog, or run; you set the pace. You’re welcome to bring anything that supports your practice—a water bottle, jacket, etc. Most importantly, simply come as you are.

Where do I park?

There is free parking behind the building or in the lot behind Normal and Maven CREATE off 200 East. There is also street parking around the area and a satellite parking lot off Edison Street south of 900 South.

Maven CREATE is located at 177 East 900 South on 900 South between Koo De Ker and The Land of Salt. When you arrive, meet us under the beautiful pink tree out front and we'll check you in there.

No. This gathering is open to anyone who feels called to attend. Maven community members will receive access to a 20% discount code through the Maven NETWORK, but the event is open to the broader community.
