This special sound bath will offer a light yoga flow, then move into meditative harmonies and frequencies that will help to shift and light us up from within. Katie will weave the soothing sounds of Crystal Alchemy bowls, chimes, an ocean drum and crystal harp together as they carry you toward a brighter and more centered state. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed and prepped for a dreamy, summer night’s sleep.
