Did you know, water is the largest single substance in human body (50%-75%). Every cell, tissue, and organ requires water. Come to this free one hour nutrition session to find out why adequate hydration is important, and how to incorporate creative ways of hydrating into your daily routine.
Madia will sample some of her favorite hydrating foods, and share recipes for making hydration easy!
About the Instructor:
Madia graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in 2013 after completing her BA in Environmental Studies and Exercise Sports Science at UCSB. Shortly after, she started her personal consulting business <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/My-Healing-Habits-663934780303106/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">My Healing Habits</A>. She enjoys educating on how to heal inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, and believes in the food-as-medicine approach.
