ArtFlow presents yoga in the sculpture garden for the months of June and July! Class will be held on the last Thursday of each month

Location: 111 Hampton St. Fort Worth TX 76102Artflow by Artspace111 is back for 2022! We are so excited to announce another year of yoga in our historic building and sculpture gardens in Downtown Fort Worth. Artflow is the fitness initiative of the Contemporary Art Gallery Artspace111, located near Downtown Fort Worth. Once a month, Artflow holds a yoga class taught by the 500 hour registered yoga instructor and Fort Worth native Morgan Jackson. Classes are held outside in the sculpture gardens of the gallery or inside in the Great Gallery if it rains.Join us! $20/person- you can register here on Eventbrite, or pay with cash or Venmo when you arrive.Classes are BYOM (Bring your own mat). Bring blocks or straps if you include them in your normal practice.Don&#x27;t forget to wear loose comfortable clothing and sunblock.Class is designed for everyone! If you&#x27;re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class will challenge you to grow, learn, and build on your practice.Free Beer is always served after!Questions?
