Free to participate.  Take this summer challenge!! </h2><h2> Here is how it works:</h2><p><strong>Timeframe:  June 13th – August 2nd, 2020</strong></p><h3><strong>Step 1:  Choose 1 of 3 levels to run or walk each week!:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Level 1 (</strong><a href="https://orthofootankle.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Orthopedic Foot &amp; Ankle Center</strong></a><strong> - SILVER Challenge):  </strong>Run or Walk 30 minutes a day / 4 times a week (a total of 120 minutes)</li><li><strong>Level 2 (</strong><a href="https://orthofootankle.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Orthopedic Foot &amp; Ankle Center</strong></a><strong> - GOLD Challenge)</strong>:  Run or Walk 45 minutes a day / 4 times a week (a total of 180 minutes)</li><li><strong>Level 3 (</strong><a href="https://orthofootankle.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Orthopedic Foot &amp; Ankle Center</strong></a><strong> - DIAMOND Challenge):  </strong>Run or Walk 60 minutes a day / 4 times a week (a total of 240 minutes)</li></ul><h3><strong>Step 2:  Run or Walk - Record the # of minutes per day:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Track your minutes: </strong>Starting June 13th, each week start walking or running the # of minutes per week based on the level you want to do above</li><li><strong>Start Walk or Running: </strong>Pick fun places, neighborhoods you want to explore or one of our many neat parks!</li></ul><h3><strong>Step 3:  Send the number of minutes you walked or ran each week for neat prizes &amp; give-aways! Depending on your level is how many entries you receive for the weekly drawing.  Level 3 receives 3 entries, Level 2 receives 2 entries, and Level 1 receives 1 entry.  </li><li><strong>Weekly Prizes: </strong>Prizes will range from a free pair of running shoes to the grand prize the final week of a new Mountain Bike!  Each week the prize will be announced.</li><li><strong>Coupons:  </strong>Special coupons and discounts will be sent out each week for completing a level</li><li><strong>NC4K - our charity partner:</strong>  Part of our proceeds goes to support NC4K - supporting families with a child of pediatric cancer. Please obey all park area rules and any regulations around social distancing or public health.  Also, KidsLinked is not responsible for course conditions, or situations that may result in the course not suitable to run or walk on.  All running or walking activities are with your own risk and KidsLinked is not responsible for any injuries or other issues associated to being on the course.  Just be smart and have fun: ).</p>
