Celebrate the first days of Summer with rustic dishes prepared just for you by premier Chef Michael Mantilla while sipping some of your favorite Landon wines. Your passion for fabulous food and wine will ignite at this intimate wine dinner, showcasing Chef Michael's fresh, locally sourced cuisine!
Embrace the summer vibe! You deserve a break after a long work week, come relax and let us wow you with an amazing meal, fantastic wines, and the best of friends. Chef Michael, and his wife Wendy, have over 15 years of experience, and they've crafted a unique "intro to summer" menu just for you. We'll also have Winemaker Jason Dodson and the "Wineaux Guy" Andy Gonzales on hand to discuss the wines and answer all of your wine questions.

1/ blue crab cake bite topped with a creamy remoulade sauce.....paired with sparkling dry or sweet
2/ blt chopped salad with mixed greens, brown sugar bacon, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, and monterey jack cheese topped with scratch made buttermilk ranch.....paired with pinot grigio or dry riesling
3/ slow-cooked 7-herb rubbed baby back ribs with scratch made savory bbq sauce, jalapeno farm fresh corn, and rustic buttery mashers...paired with 18 anniversary (bordeaux style blend) aged in herman marshall bourbon barrels and signature red blend
4/ sweet strawberry short cake cups, pound cake layered with fresh strawberries and scratch made vanilla bean whipped cream...paired with rosé of syrah or sweet strawberry

We do not offer refunds for this event. However, if you're unable to attend please notify events@landonwinery.com to receive a gift card to be used in the winery or towards a future event.
