What is parking like?

Parking is free. There is a small "lot" and plenty of street parking on a quiet road. We will provide detailed parking instructions in the welcome + info email ahead of the event.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring yourself, water, plenty of layers/sun protection, a journal for after the event, shoes you don't mind walking in on a wide, flat dirt trail. We also recommend something low to the ground to sit on (stadium chair, blanket, cushion).

What happens if it rains?

We have a back-up indoor space, if needed. We will contact you the morning of the event with the address, if a rain plan is needed.

What if I've already taken the Gallup CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Assessment?

Awesome! If you've already taken the assessment, send us an email at hello@experienceelemental.com upon registration so we know not to send you a new one -- bonus points if you want to email your whole Top 5 report over, but at minimum, please let Julia know what your Top 5 list is.

What if I've taken the assessment but can't remember my login or don't have access to that email?

Reach out to Gallup support directly! They are usually good about helping people access reports. Because many people do the assessment at work, it's common that people no longer have access to that work email anymore.

How long is the assessment?

Accepted Answer

The assessment should take you between 20-45 minutes; each question is 20 seconds so go with your gut! Don't worry about selecting the "right" answer or missed answers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If we have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Partial refund (less $5on top of Eventbrite fees) if you cancel up to 48 hours before the event. Within 48 hours of event, no refunds. Please reach out to us ASAP at hello@experienceelemental.com for extenuating circumstances.

Question 8

Are there bathrooms onsite?

There is no running-water bathroom onsite, so please be fair-warned. We are looking into an eco-friendly portable option. Anticipate the Circle being around 90 minutes with extra time before and after to settle in and to integrate after. We recommend stopping in downtown Topanga before heading over.
