SUMMER STOMP II

Longtime Bay Area musician/producer Jonathan Korty has been an integral part of local music scene since 1995. A member of such bands as Vinyl, Electric Apricot, Chrome Johnson, Ernest Ranglin Band, the "KortUzday" Band, Soul Ska, Koolerator, Honeydust, The Uptown Rulers and more. Korty helped open the new Sweetwater Music Hall in 2011 as House Manager,  became Talent Buyer/Managing Partner of 19 Broadway Nightclub in 2013 before forming Korty Productions in 2016. Formerly a contributing music writer for Marin + Pacific Sun Magazines - He now provides production, booking and performance services for private and public events. Last year he teamed up with younger brother/artist and Parachute Days founder Gabriel Korty to produce the first Summer Stomp ft. Grammy Winner/New Orleans Legend Zigaboo Modeliste which drew a capacity crowd and rave reviews.

<P>Korty Productions and Parachute Days join forces for Summer Stomp II - Sat Sept 7 2019 at Love Field in Pt. Reyes Ca. An ALL AGES/KID-FRIENDLY, outdoor, multi band/DJ event under the giant parachute in beautiful West Marin County. Last year's event brought a capacity crowd and an advance sell-out is expected this year. The amazing California Honeydrops will headline this year (8-10pm) - Other confirmed bands are Grammy Nominated Zydeco artist Andre Thierry (345-5pm) The Bay Area's premier 10 piece ska collective - Soul Ska (530-7pm) the red-hot Epicenter Sound System (before- on break and after) and local Americana favorites - Koolerator (2-315pm)  Delicious local food vendors on site, beer/beverages by the good people at Iron Springs Brewery, local arts + crafts vendors, Oyster Bar, Kids activities and more - limited parking on site ($20) - No Dogs No outside alcohol or food please (dietary restrictions excepted) - no coolers - camping nearby at Olema Ranch Campground (reservations required) - advance tix to this event are highly suggested - Kids Under 12 FREE - Youth tix ages (12-18 ) $15  </P>
