This is the dream summer community event! Participants will first ground by the river during an hour long sound bath where I will use a variety of instruments like crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, and gong to help participants relax deeply.
Next participants have the option of participating in a group cold plunge in the river.
Afterwards, guests will use the facilities onsite to change into warm clothes and gather by the fire pit for ceremonial grade cacao. We will sip cacao in community and share in conversation.
Participants should wear a swim suit to the event if they plan to cold plunge and bring a yoga mat, change of clothes, warm layers, blanket, and mug.
The event will take place rain or shine. In the case of rain, we will move under the covered pavilion. Large storms will be monitored and participants will be notified 30 minutes before the start time if the event needs to be canceled due to incliment weather.
