An Evening with Williamson Wines
Join Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country for an intimate open-air wine dinner in partnership with Williamson Wines on Thursday, June 19 at 6:30 PM in our Knights Valley Garden.
This thoughtfully curated multi-course experience highlights the flavors of Sonoma through seasonal ingredients, elevated culinary technique, and expertly paired Williamson Wines selections. Guests will enjoy a sparkling wine welcome reception, a refined four-course dinner, and the opportunity to connect with the Williamson Wines team throughout the evening while learning more about the inspiration, varietals, and pairings behind each pour. Space is limited and advance reservations are required.
