Release deeply held emotional and physical stress.
As layers of tightness melt, the body's natural ability to self-heal will be stimulated and return to its harmonious state of wholeness.Limited spots are available.Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillows, blankets, knee supports or whatever else you need to be comfortable in the enchanted meadow (weather permitting). An eye cover and notebook for journaling may also be a good idea.
