A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in the therapeutic sound waves from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and more. These vibrations guide your body and brainwaves into a more relaxed state, easing you into a deep restful state.

What Are The Benefits Of A Sound Bath?

-Nervous System Regulation (activates the parasympathetic nervous system, "rest & digest") -Improved Sleep (brainwaves are entrained into deeper states, allowing an easier transition to sleep) -Physical Relaxation (muscles are at ease, releasing any held tension) -Improved Mindfulness and more!

Do I Bring Anything?

Please bring your YOGA MAT and any pillow, blanket or eye mask you feel most cozy and relaxed with.

What Should I Wear?

Coziness is key. Dress comfortably, and we recommend you bring a sweater in case you feel chilly.
