Jessica is a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist who helps heal couples and individuals.  She has her own practice (Whole Heart Healing) in Middlefield, CT. She also works in Glastonbury, CT. She is also a spiritual coach, helping people learn about balancing the Divine Feminine and Masculine energies, working as a conduit for lightworkers who have been dimming their light for way too long and creating a space for people to anchor into their heart and emanate LOVE. Jessica believes that we are all born with our internal tools to heal ourselves.  These tools get buried within us through our different life experiences and traumas.  Jessica is a Reiki healer and also uses EFT (Emotinal Freedom Technique) to help clients heal. She helps people look within themselves and find their love for self, connecting them to their self-worth. The ultimate goal is to help them find Whole Hearted love and connection so they can share it with others.
