Summer Solstice Shut-In/Mini Retreat

Come join us at the Liberatory Zone retreat house in the Oakland hills for a half day shut in, to prepare ourselves for the heat and action that summer brings.

We will sip and dip-sipping on herbal teas and dipping in a therapeutic spa and creatively recall our 2024 vision and what it requires of us.

We will engage in movement, spoken word-jam sessions, sound healing while we do the transformative work that summer calls for by collectively embolizing our routines and rituals as we align our own personal season to summer and say “goodbye” to that which needs to be burned in the summer sun and “hello” to that which we have been gestating through the winter and spring.
