SUMMER SOLSTICE Live Sound Healing Installation

Join sound artist Kate Fleur Young at Arusha Gallery in the heart of Soho London for a unique sound healing installation experience on the eve of the Summer Solstice. The Solstice is a moment in the year that has been celebrated throughout time as an understanding of our connection to the Earth. As the seasons turn at this point in the year new energy starts to flood in. It is a harvest festival in the peak of the Sun's power as well as an aknowledgment of the darkness returning. It is a celebration of the self, of who you are and what you are bringing into the world and your life.

Kate will guide you through a truly mesmorising journey of intention setting and ritual into a sound immersion like no other. Her beautiful and powerful vocals fused with alchemy crystal bowls and electronic soundscapes create healing vibrations and frequencies that move through the body and mind letting you drop into Alpha, Theta and Delta brain wave states for a deeply profound and healing experience.

Expect the sounds of Nature to fill the stunning space at Arusha as you spend the evening surrounded by vibrant art and allow this live sound installation to help you shift into this next phase and cycle of the year with peace, clarity and creativity.
