Summer Solstice: Flame-to-Table Dinner at Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley

Revel in the Bavarian Bergfeuer tradition of a firelit jubilee while enjoying the fruitful bounties produced during the season of the sun. Celebrate the longest day of the year with an elevated flame-to-table alfresco dinner, curated by Executive Chef Senthil with ingredients sourced from the Wasatch Range. Mingle with the dedicated farmers and purveyors behind our nourishing produce, accompanied by the rich acoustic tunes of June Brothers. Enjoy an engaging, intimate evening of community, creativity, and epicurean delight with a modern spin on a historic alpine tradition.

Begin your evening with a leisurely stroll through our mini outdoor market, a gathering of local artisans eager to share their passion with you. Craft a bespoke floral arrangement at the flower bar to adorn the communal table, adding your creative touch to the evening's ambiance. As twilight descends, savor one of our exclusive alpine-inspired cocktails, expertly crafted for this memorable celebration.

Dinner will be held outdoors on the bridge plaza of The Kitz; please dress in layers. A cash bar will be open and charged on consumption from 6pm-10pm. The outdoor market, flower bar, and social hour begin at 6pm and the dinner begins promptly at 7pm. June Brothers will perform from 7-10pm. If inclement weather occurs, the event will be relocated indoors.

The total ticket price is inclusive of dinner, valet parking, 20% auto gratuity, service charge, and tax.
