Yoga Lee
In our signature class, Feel Good Flow, you can expect a practice that is intelligently and creatively sequenced with energetics, physiology, anatomy and physicality in mind. Feel Good Flow is based on a traditional vinyasa flow class with a fun twist. We welcome all to this class as a place to explore, learn, challenge yourself and feel good.
Socreates Sound Bath
A Sound Bath is a full-body listening experience using the vibration of perfectly tuned instruments to offer gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to improve physical health, emotional balance and spiritual alignment.
