After your paddleboarding session, unwind in a wood-fired sauna, relax with like-minded people, and, if you're feeling brave, experience the thrill of a cold plunge.

Cost: £40 per person

Please note payment will be taken in two steps. The sign up initially is free.

5 days prior to the event we will send you a reminder email with a payment link for £20, this will ultimatley secure your place. The other £20 will be taken on the day of the event in cash or card.
