☀️SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION☀️

Join us in honoring the Earth’s cycle and connecting to our own life force through community play, music, fire ceremony, and sharing of creativity and ideas!

This is a family-friendly, donation-based (suggested $10-45), inclusive event. Please donate what you can and/or volunteer to help with set-up/break down.

☀️ABOUT THE SUMMER SOLSTICE☀️

The Summer Solstice, or Litha in Northern European traditions, marks the beginning of summer, with early dawns, long days, and short nights. It's one of the four major turning points for our planet Earth, the time of nature’s abundance and fertility.

Summer is the time to develop faith in our life, step deeper into our light, and trust that just like the Sun, we will rise no matter what life brings us.

Questions for Self-Reflection/Sharing

🤔What resources and gifts have I cultivated so far?

🤔What needs or wishes are the most alive in me right now?

🤔What actions am I ready for and what kind of support do I need to take the steps?

☀️OFFERINGS☀️

🎶HARMONY MUSIC JAM🪘🪕🪇 12-6PM
For musicians and non-musicians alike, choose from an assortment of percussive and melodic instruments, tune into those around you, and allow yourself to play 🎶

Bring your own instrument, or choose from our selection.
Lead Facilitator: Joe Smith
A native of North Carolina, Joe began his musical journey at the age of 12. What began as a love of guitar, blossomed into a love of music. Along the way, that passion extended to the musical, traditions of many different cultures.
Joe hopes to inspire others to explore while offering some insights into different musical styles, techniques, and musical systems to unlock a deeper understanding of music as a while, no matter what instrument is being played.

🌈PRIDEFUL EXPRESSION CLOTHING SWAP👠12-6PM

In honor of PRIDE month this experience will be a celebration of self-expression for EVERYONE! Bring gently used items that you need to re-home, try on and take pieces to refresh your wardrobe...you don't have to bring something to play! This booth will provide community resources and dialogue for LGBTQ+ support and inclusivity🌈
