Local Roots NYCis a female-operated small business empowering New Yorkers to be home chefs by offering the freshest, local, and sustainable ingredients through 22 vibrant subscription-based markets. They are turning grocery shopping from an errand into a social event by hosting their weekly markets at neighborhood bars, cafes, and offices throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. Local Roots NYC offers recipes to pair with their weekly offerings, engaging culinary workshops, and a community of like-minded New Yorkers. They believe a stronger connection to our food, neighbors, and land can create tremendous positive change.
