Spend an afternoon with Rural Action out at Trouvaille Farm with owner Lindsay Klaunig, a commercial seed grower farming in Athens County. This workshop will cover how to know when a crop is ready to have its seed harvested, the best selection practices for improving the variety over the years, pest and disease management, processing methods for wet and dry seed crops, and more!
