Meet at Alpkit at 7:00pm for a chilled out run on Ilkley Moor. We will be going at a steady pace and no-one will be left behind. However, you do need to be confident in running around 7k on rough and hilly terrain. After the run we will go back to the shop/ a beer garden (weather dependent) for a drink and to learn about the fabulous work that the running charity does.
The running charity is an independent charity harnessing the power of running to support young people who are experiencing homelessness or managing complex needs. What started as a pilot scheme of twelve young people in a Kings Cross Day Centre is now a national organisation guiding and inspiring hundreds. Liz, from the Leeds branch of the charity will be joining us on the run.
You run at your own risk, make sure you bring water and suitable footwear/ clothing.
