We'll start with a gentle warm-up, guiding you to connect with your breath and set an intention for your practice.
As the energy builds, get ready to flow through dynamic sequences designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility.
The class will wind down with deep stretches and savasana, allowing your body and mind to relax.
Morgan Price is a yoga teacher based in Cincinnati, committed to guiding individuals on their journey to inner peace and joy. With a passion for helping others discover the transformative power of yoga, Morgan offers private classes tailored to the unique needs of each student, as well as group sessions for the community and private events. She is also a ROCKSTAR TBB Ambassador!
