The Rising Leaders Chapter of New York is excited to invite you to our next gathering on Sunday August 7th. Spend the day meeting new friends, reconnecting with old ones, and unwinding on the beach under a roofed pavilion facing the Long Island Sound. Your friends and family members are absolutely welcome.
Feel free to bring your swimsuit and blankets to use the beach (optional!)
Lunch and refreshments will be served.
Public transportation: From Penn Station in Manhattan, take the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) to Port Washington Station. It is a 45-minute ride on the train, with Port Washington being the last stop on the line (no transfers required). You can then take a 5-minute taxi ride (located at Port Washington Station) or Uber for less than $10 from the station to the beach location.
Personal car: Free parking is available.
