Is the video call session before or after the fanmeet?

All one-on-one fancalls are after the fanmeeting. The fancall link will be sent to the email you purchased the ticket with.

How will you verify tickets for the event?

All tickets must match the name you bought your ticket with. If they do not match you will be removed from the fanmeet and possibly banned.

Can I buy more then one fancall?

Our policy allows only up to 2 fancall tickets per person.

How will I receive my merchandise?

A google form will be sent out. Please fill in all information correctly. It must be a full address in English. Beloved Entertainment will not be responsible for lost or returned mail.

Is this fanmeet available to everyone?

Our fanmeets are available and open to all international fans.

Can I get a refund?

We have a no refund policy. All sales sre final.
