The summer is a great time to meet-up and enjoy all that SummerTimeCHI has to offer! You are your mentee are invited to join others from iMentor for a White Sox afternoon baseball game.


  1. Confirm with your mentee that they are interested and available.
  2. RSVP for the two of you to join (free RSVP ticket link above).
  3. Prior to the game, reconfirm with your mentee via the iMentor app so they don't forget (summer communication can be challenging).
  4. Check your inbox for updates on where iMentor has gathered at the park as a meeting spot before heading in.


* Mentor & Mentee will need to communicate via the app to ensure both show up. iMentor staff will hold a spot at the Park to meet up, but Program Managers will not working to help confirm you or your mentee's reconfirmation day-of.

MENTOR SOCIALS

iMentor Chicago seeks to build community within our mentor community. With 1,000+ adults volunteering their time to directly serve our students, we hope to build connections within and across our community of partners. Socials are open to mentors and friends of iMentor.

PAIR EXPEDITIONS

Chicago will be hosting opportunities for pairs to meet outside of the traditional evening pair events. When staff is present, all pairs are welcome to RSVP and coordinate meeting up. For other opportunities, pairs will need to be officially "Pair Expedition Approved" (check with your PM) to take advantage.

VIRTUAL MENTOR PANELS

Whether you are considering becoming a mentor with us or are already cleared and waiting to be matched with a student, hearing directly from our current and past mentors is a great way to get-to-know iMentor Chicago and see yourself as a member of our mentor community.
