The tour will be held Thursday, September 26th from 9AM to 10AM at Buster Sykes Demonstration Farm: 2430 Turner Road Mebane, NC. Let orchard manager Mark Danieley fill you in on what it takes to keep your favorite fruits growing well. You'll learn which varieties do best in our soils and our local climate. There may even be a taste of what's ripe! Bring us your fruit growing questions and join us for these Think Green Thursdays


Registration is required and the tour fee($5) can be paid online or via cash or check to be submitted the day of the event. Checks should be made out to Alamance County. Class fees go towards maintaining our orchard to be able to host programs such as these.
