The Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series offers Bostonians and visitors FREE workouts in parks throughout Boston. Open to all fitness levels.

About this event

In this class we will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use the breath to relax and focus. We’ll practice a number of yoga poses for strength, balance, and deep relaxation. There will be a mix of gentle flow and still poses. The last portion of each class will be dedicated to deep relaxation through postures, meditation, and breathing exercises. All are welcome including those new to yoga.

Suggested props:
o Yoga mat or blanket
o 2 yoga blocks or two small stacks of books
o blanket or towel
