About this event

This class will develop your muscular strength, increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and improve your agility through performance exercises that will keep you at your optimal fitness level.

This is achieved through the combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and agility exercises. You will experience overall improvements with your physical performance with your daily activities, balance and flexibility, sleeping habits, in addition to helping you maintain a healthy weight.

This 45-minute routine is a total body workout that will increase your heart rate and challenge your body to become stronger.

Overview – improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.

Equipment needed: none, just your body weight and a mat or towel
