Karine is an experienced Senior Yoga teacher, Reiki Healer and space holder with a passion for nature and Earth based wisdom.
This will be intertwined into the day, as we explore a holistic approach to Yoga, wellbeing and seasonal self-care from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (Eastern) perspective.
This will be a truly nurturing and nourishing day, with freedom to explore what you need and is right for you in body, mind, and spirit.
