Moonchild Summer Yoga presents a rejuvenating yoga experience featuring 3- or 4-day weekend retreats tailored for everyday individuals seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of life. Our retreats encourage participants to reconnect with themselves through the calming elements of nature, fostering a sense of grounding.We invite you into a nurturing environment designed for exploration, nourishment, and connection. These retreats are ideal for enhancing and soothing both your physical and emotional well-being.This March (2026) and again during the Autumn Equinox in SC, we’re heading out to Santee State Park for three days of sunrise yoga, guided nature hikes through the pine forests, and staying at a beautiful lakeside home! It’s designed to help you shake off the everyday stress and reset your nervous system. We’d love to have you there; We have a few 'Early Bird' spots open, for a limited of time, if you want to claim one today.

We’ll begin with a gentle, guided yoga flow designed to stir the solar plexus chakra—the center of personal power and creative spark—so you leave feeling energized, grounded, and ready to create. After movement and breath, settle in with brushes and canvases to paint a summer-themed piece to keep and take home.This class is welcoming to all levels—no yoga or art experience required. Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a brush for the first time, you’ll be supported every step of the way.Join us to stretch, breathe, and create in community. Expressive Yoga Flow

After movement and breath, settle in with brushes and canvases to paint a summer-themed piece. We will paint images of the sun and/or sunflowers but feel free to paint whatever you feel inspired to do.
