About this event

  • 2 hours 30 minutes

Join us this Summer at the University of Redlands Gregory Hall, Room 161 to view thought-provoking films. Following each film, we'll take some time to discuss its impacts and any insights or questions it brought up.

In July, we'll feature Don't Look Up, a satirical film about two astronomers attempting to warn humanity about an approaching comet that will destroy human civilization. The impact event is an allegory for climate change; and the film is a satire of government, political, celebrity, and media indifference to the climate crisis. (Rated R for brief nudity and language. No one under 17 will be permitted without an adult.)

Doors open at 5:45 and films begin at 6:00 pm. Register today and invite your neighbors, friends and family!

Follow our page and stay tuned for additional events and workshops on topics such as Disaster Preparedness, Carbon Footprints and more.
