Program 3: Guaranty Essentials: Structuring and Drafting for Real Estate FinancingPresented in partnership with the <a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/u3rlrj/2h422xqb/agceejc" title="https://t.e2ma.net/click/u3rlrj/2h422xqb/agceejc" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law</a>, this CLE program will provide an analysis of the enforceability of loan guaranties, including the enforceability of “bad-boy” recourse carve-outs. It will also discuss potential liabilities for the lender and common defenses and will provide an outline of best practices for lenders and guarantors to enforce and defend guaranty agreements.
