Join us for a full day of horse fun for kids or the whole family. Experience the basics of horse care and riding.
Drop you kids off for the day or stay and join in the fun open to the whole family. Participants will learn how to catch, handle, brush, saddle, and ride a horse. We will ride on the trails once in the morning and again after lunch. There may be time to play at barrel racing and other obstacle courses, if desired. At the end of the day we will unsaddle the horses and give them baths. As you gain confidence and skill you will be allowed more independent riding.
Participate all day or just 1/2 day.
Pricing is for 1/2 day.
Bring your own lunch and snacks. We will supply bottled waters.
All riding is under staff supervision. Buddy seat rider and anyone 3-6 years old must have parent present the entire time to assist with the child whether riding or not. We do have swings, a picnic table and a brestroom available.
We run off minimal charges per ride and donations/tips are appreciated.
ATTIRE AND REGULATIONS: Please wear long pants and boots if possible. Otherwise, closed toed shoes preferably with a heal and ankle support are best (no crocks or flip-flops). We will likely turn you away if you wear shorts, dresses, or inappropriate foot wear. All riders must be under 200 lbs. Helmets will be required for all minor riders (provided). Adults may chose to wear helmets, but do so understanding the risks.
WAIVERS: Swing and Ride at your own risk. Everyone on-site must sign a waiver prior to event. All children under 18 must have a legal guardian present, bring a signed waiver or have a digital waiver signed. Waivers can be requested via text at 903-576-3029 or you may sign it online at: https://zabcik-ranch-llc.square.site/agreement-and-waiver.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is required at time of booking.
