How do I join the AG Camp Fam Facebook Group?

We'd love to have you! Simply request to join from our page. It's a fantastic way to stay updated, see pictures, and connect with fellow campers and families!

Where can I submit my camper's immunization record?

You can submit your camper's immunization record either in person or by emailing it to Haley@autumnsgate.com. Your child's health and safety are our top priorities!

What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-off is between 8:30-9:00 AM, and pick-up is between 4:30-5:00 PM every day. If we need to make special arrangements for arrival or pick-up please contact us at 716-791-5051.

Is there anything specific my camper should bring?

Absolutely! Here's a quick checklist: Backpack Water Bottle Bug Spray Sunscreen Attire and footwear for outdoor activities Extra pair of socks Riding attire including long pants and boots Swim attire Towel Optional: Riding helmet, fishing pole Lunch (except on Pizza Party Friday!)

Can my camper bring electronics?

We strongly recommend leaving valuable items, including electronics, at home. We're all about connecting with nature and each other here!

What about sunscreen and bug spray?

While we'll have some on hand, we encourage you to bring your preferred sunscreen and bug spray. For spring sessions, using tick repellent is especially important. Please let us know if you have any specific preferences or if you don't want your child to use bug spray containing DEET.

What type of footwear is required?

We recommend sneakers or athletic hiking boots for daily activities. Spring can get muddy, so expect footwear to get dirty! For horseback riding, boots with a heel are needed. No open-toed shoes, please.

What about lunch and snacks?

Campers should bring their lunch every day except for Pizza Party Friday. Please label the lunch bag with your camper's name. Lunches will be stored at room temperature. We'll provide a pre-packaged snack each day and have drinking water available. Don't forget to inform us about any food allergies!
