Summer Adaptive PR for children with disabilities -

Come join us at CBRC Health & Fitness for a fun-filled program tailored for children with disabilities. Our Summer Adaptive PE program focuses on promoting physical activity and social interaction in a supportive environment.

CBRC Personal Trainer Calista Wade-Trent, Certified Personal Trainer and SPED Specialist, is enthusiastic about assisting children in acquiring lifelong skills that promote good physical and mental health. She aims to explore various ways to stay active and have fun through fitness, fostering a healthy lifestyle.

There are two programs available with four session opportunities. The Shooting Star program, held 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, is tailored to children in kindergarten to 2nd Grade. The Rising Stars program, held 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, is tailored to children in 3rd to 5th grade.

Let's make this summer unforgettable for your little ones!

We are here for you as you travel along your fitness path. Fitness is a lifelong journey, not a destination. As a member, you are part of our CBRC Health & Wellness Clinic community and family. We hope that you feel comfortable at the Clinic; your ‘home away from home’. We enjoy meeting our members and hearing your stories. If you have something to share, feel free to stop any staff, as we love to listen.
