This class will put the fundamental skills of improv to work, as you learn to build scenes, characters, and relationships. It builds on the skills learned in Level 1. This course will be taught by Josh Waddle, cast member in the improv groups The Hashtag Improv Show and Donut Sundae.
The course meets on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm-9:00pm for a total of six class sessions. The location of this course is being finalized. Either it will take place in our Hashtag Comedy Theatre (1253 N. High Street) or at a secondary location in Grandview. Students will be notified as soon as the location is finalized, with at least two weeks notice before the course begins.
Students will perform in an improv showcase after the classes are completed. The showcase for this course will take place August 22nd from 8:00pm-9:00pm in our Hashtag Comedy Theatre (1253 N. High Street).
In addition to classes and a showcase, students will also receive a complimentary ticket to a Hashtag Comedy show.
