What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
For those using public transport Sheffield train station is conveniently close to the venue (25 min walk / 7, 8 & 8a Buses from Arundel Gate to Spitalfields) and to the accommodation (15 minute walk / 2 & 36 Buses from Howard Street to Wicker). 
There is no parking at the venue, but that are NCP carparks within a 10-15 minute walk of the venue. 
What are the accommodation arrangements?
There will be a number of delegates and speakers staying in Sheffield on the 14th May. The adjoining hotels where a number of us will be staying are the

What's the refund policy?
Due to the low attendance cost, there is a no-refund policy. Your ticket may be passed to a colleague if you are not able to attend the event in person. 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you have one printed it will speed up the registration process. Manual registration will be available for those who do not have a print out. 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes – this will be to someone that you know such as a colleague who would also be interested in attending the event. It is not transferrable to another event or to another delegate via the organisers.
 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
That’s absolutely fine.
